Sinotic Industries Tech Product Quality Warranty Terms

General Provisions
Sinotic Industries Tech (Singapore) PTE Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinotic") solemnly commits that all products manufactured and sold comply with relevant technical standards and specification requirements. These terms aim to clarify Sinotic's responsibilities and scope of warranty for product quality.

Warranty Period
· The product warranty period shall be calculated from the date of delivery to the end user and shall be valid for 24 months or 【e.g., 2,000】 operating hours (whichever comes first). · For aftermarket parts, the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of purchase from an authorized distributor. · The warranty period for special products may be separately agreed upon in specific contracts or technical agreements.

Warranty Scope
Sinotic warrants that, during the warranty period, under conditions of normal use, proper installation, and maintenance, its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Services
Once it is confirmed that a product defect falls under these terms, Sinotic will, at its discretion, adopt one of the following methods to address the issue: · Free Repair: Repair of the defective product. · Free Replacement: Replacement of the defective product with a new or equivalent remanufactured product. · All replaced defective components shall become the property of Sinotic.

Customer Responsibilities and Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under the warranty, and related responsibilities and costs shall be borne by the customer: · Normal Wear and Tear: Wear, fatigue, or aging of the product due to normal use. · Improper Use and Operation: Including but not limited to damage caused by overloading, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, use of unqualified lubricants or coolants, accidents, and force majeure events (such as fire, flood, earthquake). · Improper Maintenance: Failure to perform necessary maintenance and inspections in accordance with the operation and maintenance manuals provided by Sinotic. · Unauthorized Repairs: Damage or alterations to the product resulting from repairs or disassembly performed by service personnel not authorized by Sinotic.

Warranty Claim Process
· Notification: Upon discovering a potential defect, the customer must immediately notify Sinotic or its authorized distributor in writing, providing the product model, serial number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the malfunction. · Investigation: Sinotic has the right to inspect the allegedly defective product. The customer must provide necessary assistance for Sinotic's inspection and return the defective component to Sinotic for analysis as required. · Authorization: The customer shall not perform any repairs or replacements on the product claimed to be defective without prior written approval from Sinotic. Unauthorized handling will void the warranty.

Limitation of Liability
· This warranty clause is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer regarding product quality. · Under no circumstances shall Sinotic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production stoppages, increased rental costs, or damage to goodwill. · The maximum cumulative liability of Sinotic for any product shall not exceed the purchase price of that specific product.

Governing Law
The interpretation and enforcement of these Quality Warranty Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
